My name is Bobby Rebholz
Hello and welcome to my Creature Design Workshop! Let me tell you a little about myself.
I have worked for major AAA game studios, such as NetEase Games where I was a Senior Character Concept Artist and also designing characters and creatures at Snail Games USA with their major project in the works: Project Hermes. I was also a creature concept artist for the Netflix movie, The Sea Beast.
My passion for creating creatures started at a young age, when I became obsessed with dinosaurs. I bring this enthusiasm for designing creatures to every project I work on. Through Creature Design Workshop, I want to help bring your ideas to life.
Student Samples
Creature Design Workshop is a great place to learn how to create imaginative and vibrant creatures for any type of project. In this four week workshop, we explore the fundamentals of creature design, including reference gathering, sketching, and presentation.
We meet twice a week on Discord at 2:00 pm (EST) so you can get the most out of the workshop and learn how to bring your own creature ideas to life. Each session is recorded in case you cannot attend the sessions. Feedback is crucial to helping concept artists grow and we make sure the feedback is constructive and helpful. We have a specific syllabus that students follow while being given a realistic client brief as if you're receiving a project in the real world.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, this is the perfect place to start creating your own creatures.
